well well well,
i havent updated here in ages.
well, the other day i turned 22, so im officially getting old. and my mum bought me this lined book, which ive started to keep as an actual journal.
so it may lead to more updates on here from me, heh.
perhaps for feedback on the less personal things, hehe.

i should do more rants, like granto does.
god knows i have stuff to bitch about, haha.
oh well.

-got older.
-uni ends in around 6 weeks.

hey everyone,
how are ye all?
man, i havent updated in ages, as always seems to be the case when i update here, ach weel.
hope all is well.
much has happened here, but i wont go into too much detail, thatd take ages.
just thinking what has been going on.
uni has ended for another year, i ended on pretty good marks, so i should be on course to get a pretty good honours degree next year, assuming i keep it up-i reckon itll be ok though, think im finally getting it, lol.
i have an idea for my final project and my dissertation next year, so i have to get reseraching on that soon.
ive started a bit, been sketching stuff that i think will help me out, a lot of observational stuff to start me off and see if my idea can take-plus it keeps me sketching when out of uni, so thats good.
was in london last month as well, that was pretty cool.
went to see the New Designers conference and do the whole tourist thing. it was great-they say that you either love or hate london, i think its fantastic, my kinda town.
basically lived on noodles, sushi and scrambled egg the whole weekend, lol...good stuff.
had a couple of good nights out as well. had grant, jo, scott and daves birthdays-all bloody good fun...birthdyas are always when you kick it up a notch, lol.
el granto had another awesome bbq, amazing food and so fun, great seeing all the folk i hadnt seen in ages, 'mazing.
had a good few folk out for jo's as well, all at rock garden then off to furys...id never been there for a club before, was pretty cool ya. good fun.
scott ahd his regular bbq celebration then off to subway, taht was rather fun, if a little messy, lol ;p
daves was at the tron, then rush then subway, where i got to dj for the club...that was so fucking fun-covering for dave so he could get drunken, lol, cheers for that dude.
other than that, ive been working and going back and forth from home.
im not that busy these days though. despite it being the edinburgh festival for the next month, i cant get any ovrtime as my work have taken on loads of new folk, quite a few temps. its rubbish, they know id do it, ive asked that many times. i was doing loads before, now its just shit.
ah well, things happen.
but now im pretty bored, i dont have a lot to do, lol.
oh well, i have a few things coming up, mainly gigs.
seeing muse with My Chemical Romance next thursday, that should be pretty good.
the new muse album is great, and theyre amazing live, so it promises to be a gd un.
cant wait to hear "Knights of Cydonia" live, woo!!
the next day me, grant, scott and marie are all going to see Pendulum.
thatll be cool, the club is open until 5am (festival opening hours-yas!!)., so get your party hats on for that one.
so next week is gonna be ok i guess.
i also have the Mogwai gig at the barrowlands next month.
plus im going to see The Chariot and Architetcs with dave next month, thatll be nuts man, looking forward to that one.
but yeh, i dont have much to do.
i should probably venture into town more to sketch, or research my project and dissertation.
ach, ill get it done.
im kinda afraid that having nothing to do and sitting about all day is getting me into a real pattern of laziness, which i cannot afford to get into, and i dont want to get into.
i actually want to get back to uni and get going again. i like what we do there and i enjoy it.
want to get my degree and get going.
i might move to australia, im not sure yet.
its an idea that ive been throwing around my head for a bit, but im unsure.
it would be cool, but i kinda want to stay here (in britain) and get ajob and get some experience, ach weel.
we'll see what happens.
as for the immediatte future though, like tonight, im going to the tron with scott, and maybe to subway for daves set, im not sure yet, we'll see.
anyways, theyres a wee update of whats been happening lately, ill try to update more regularly, but eff all is going on, lol.

ok doke,
i havent updated in almost 2 months or something, im sorry about this (to those who care/have been wondering as to my whereabouts.).
so here is a brief overview of whats been happening to me in that time:
-uni is over, i finished on a pretty good average grade for the year. my group didnt go through to develop our proposal for real, but hey.
-ive been working a fuckload, the overtime money has mainly been accounted for and i dont get paid until friday, lol.
-my hair is short again.
-my "beard" is gone.
-i still cant grow chops yet, grr :(
-ive been swearing like theres no tomorow, its not a good thing (serious over-use of the "c-word"...its not pleasant.).
-finally got to see tool in concert, it was absolutely awesome, but they didnt play "pushit", which bummed me out a bit, but hey.
-gin and lemonade is fast becoming my £1 drink of choice...itll probably never eclipse my first love however-jd and coke: how i love thee...and cider of course ;p
-dhl vans are fucking EVERYWHERE!!
-the world cup is here and it is kicking ass!! south korea all the way, motherfucker!!
-and i currently own the greatest t-shirt in the planet...perhaps until i get the "milk and cookies" one from threadless ;p
...but yeh, all in all, im good.
thatll do for now, more detailed updates will happen im sure...once this whole lj thing becomes a bit more routine again.
seriously, uni was just riding me the last wee bit, bleeding hell.
anyways, my bed beckons as im getting tired and i have work tomorow.

you explain yourself, he checks you over, and he gives you a prescription and a blood test appointment.
fine...nothing is really the matter, so tahts good.
what isnt good however is when you leave, and he says the words that no doctor should EVER say to a patient:
